What to know before every session
- Hydrate before, during, and after
- Wear loose clothing for after your session
- Shower after
- Check in with your primary doctor if you have any health conditions
- Start slowly, at a lower temp. for short amount of time. Your body needs to adjust to the heat.
- Bring undergarments to wear during your session.
- Towels will be provided
- Listen to your body, please exit the sauna early if needed.
- Take 5-10 minutes to relax after your session
- Reschedule and repeat
